Un po' di riflessioni e BUON ANNO

Fine anno, tempo di riflessioni, bilanci e buoni propositi.
Non ho molto da dire, in quanto - personalmente - questo 2011 è stato un anno veramente bello. Quindi l'unica cosa che posso sperare, è che il 2012 proceda sulla stessa onda.
Comunque non starò qui a fare l'elenco dei buoni propositi, ... L'unico buon proposito che intendo condividere con voi è quello di non spendere troppo.

End of year, time for thoughts, balance sheets and good purposes.
Not much to say, ad - personally - this 2011 was a very good year. So, the only thing I can hope is that 2012 will proceed in the same way.
By the way, I will not make a list of my good purposes, ... The only one I want to share with you is to not spend too much.


Eh sì, perchè dopo due mesetti di shopping sfrenato, per sfruttare i miei primi stipendi, e astensione dall'acquisto di makeup, sono giunta ad una conclusione: Ma è proprio necessario che faccia ordini su ordini, e spenda continuamente? Non credo, sapete? Pensavo che dovrei pormi un limite di ordini al mese ... Inoltre credo m'impegnerò a non tenere la Postepay carica. Forse il dover uscire e andare a prelevare e ricaricarla mi fermerà dal tunnel degli acquisti online psicotici.
Ce la farò? Speriamo.

Yeah, 'cause after two months of  free shopping, to take advantage of my first paycheck, and no-makeup shopping, I have come to a conclusion: Is it really necessary that I make orders on orders, and spend my money constantly? Intanto sono contenta dei regali di Natale ... quelli che ho fatto sono stati apprezzati, così come quelli ricevuti, un bel bottino, devo proprio dirlo! ;)
Tra le varie cose, mia sorella mi ha regalato la palette Oh So Special, e il blush Rose Gold della Sleek, e potete ben immaginare la soddisfazione, dal momento che già progettavo di ordinarla tipo il 3 Gennaio xD
Mentre il pensierino di Natale del mio capo - consegnato nell'imbarazzante scena del "ma no, non dovevi" - si è rivelato essere la trousse Vanity Collection di Pupa! Non credevo di essere così prevedibile anche sul lavoro! Comunque il pensiero è mooolto apprezzato, sisì!

Meanwhile, I'm glad of Christmas presents ... mine, and those I recieved has been appreciated.
Among other things, my sister gave me the Oh So Special palette, and the Rose Gold blush from Sleek! You can image my satisfaction, since I was planning to bought them on January!
And the little present of my boss - he gave me it in a awkward moment where I was repeating "You shouldn't have!" - turned out to be a Vanity Collection trousse by Pupa! I did not think that I was so predictable even at work! However, I reeeeally appreciated it, oh yes.

Ordine ASOS 2 - Il Ritorno

Ci sono cascata di nuovo! Con tutti i piedi! E non ne avevo nemmeno intenzione, GIURO!
Stavo illustrando il sito ASOS ad un'amica, spiegandole un po' prezzi, promozioni, spedizioni, etc., finchè non le mostro la lista dei "Prodotti Salvati", e vedo che uno degli articoli nella mia lista, uno dei miei preferiti, uno dei primi aggiunti, quel blazer così bello e carino, non è scontato, DIPPIÙ!!!
E mi è preso un colpo, perchè non me l'aspettavo, e non sapevo ci fossero sconti del genere. Non è giunta nessuna mail ... E infatti la mail è arrivata la mattina dopo!

Ovviamente sono solo smalti che già avevo, perchè sapete del fioretto - qui! - ... Tranne uno! Lo smalto Layla n° 201, che mamma ha preso con TuStyle. Inutile dire che me ne sono appropriata immediatamente! xD

Obviously there are only glazes I already had, 'cause you know about my vow - here! - ... Except one! Layla n° 201 nail polish, that my mother took with TuStyle magazine.



C'è da dire che il Desert Haze di Elf, effettivamente non è molto festivo, ma io lo immaginavo con una french (classica, o con la lunetta alla base dell'unghia) in coppia con il Kiko n° 241 ... Anche lo smalto Layla, starebbe bene così, ma stavolta abbinato con il MNY n° 445!
Lo smalto Essence, 64 Be Optimistic effettivamente è più autunnale, ma un colore caldo così lo vedo bene anche per le feste (anche qui una french oro non ci starebbe male!)
Infine, ci sono due rossi classici, uno più acceso, il Rimmel 310 Red Carpet, e uno più scuro, il Kiko n° 242 ... per chi vuole andare contro la tradizione e non scegliere il rosso, ho pensato al bellissimo blu Catrice LE C02 En Vogue, uscito l'anno scorso con la collezione Glamourama.

I should say that Desert Haze from Elf, actually is not very festive, but I figured it out with french (classical one, or at the base of the nail), witk Kiko n° 241 ... Even the Layla one would look good as well with MNY n° 445!
Essence nail polish, 64 Be Optimistic maybe is a bit autumnal, but a warm color lithe this, I think it will look good even for holidays (even here, with a golden franch manicure ...)
Last, but not least, there are two classic reds, a bright one, Rimmel 310 Red Carpet, and a dark one, Kiko n° 242 ... and for who want to go against tradition, and not choose the red, I thought to a beautiful blu from Catrice, the C02 En Vogue from the Limited Edition Glamourama, released last year.

Haul: Gelugu Accessories from Etsy

Come mio solito, invece di farvi vedere qualche utile swatch, vi farò un bellissimo quanto inutile haul di un'ordine fatto a Novembre tramite Etsy.com. Come? Non lo conoscete? Allora questo post potrebbe esservi utile, dopotutto! :P

As usual, instead of showing you some useful swatch, I'm going to write a beautiful and useless haul about an order I made in November on Etsy.com. What? Don't you know it? Then, this post might be useful after all! :P

Etsy.com è una piattaforma di vendita online, come Ebay diciamo, dove ogni venditore ha il suo shop online, ma l'immagine è molto più pulita e ordinata - rispetto a Ebay -, meno confusionaria a mio parere, e soprattutto con una filosofia particolare: si vendono solo oggetti handmade o vintage.
Si trovano cose particolarissime, con venditori provenienti da tutto il mondo. Ed è questa la grande incognita: la maggior parte dei venditori si trova in Cina, Hong Kong, Malesia o negli Stati Uniti ... ci sarebbe quindi il problema dogana - almeno, per le spedizioni in Italia -, ma basta contattare il venditore e accordarsi su un sistema per aggirare la questione (solitamente il venditore segna il pacco come "regalo", e indica un valore minore rispetto a quello reale), e magari evitare pacchi o pacchetti voluminosi.

Etsy.com is a sales platform, like Ebay, where each seller has its own online shop, but the image is much more clean and tidy - than Ebay's -, ess confused in my opinion, and especially with a particular philosopy: Etsy is only sell handmade or vintage items.
There are very special things, with sellers from around the whole world. Ho scoperto questo sito grazie ad un video haul di LadyMija89 - qui! -, dove mostrava alcuni acquisti da due shop diversi. Io ovviamente sono andata a girovagare - questo sito è pericoloso, dovete saperlo! Una volta entrate non ne uscirete più! -, e ho trovato alcuni shop veramente carini! Ma ora veniamo alla sostanza ... Ho ordinato da due negozi differenti ... uno per ora rimane sotto segreto di stato - causa: Natale -, ma dopo le feste farò sicuramente un post review, perchè mi sono trovata veramente bene!

Obviously I went to take a look on the site - it's dangerous, you have to know it! Once entered, no one can came out! -, and I found some really cute shops! But now, the material of the post ... Parere dal Dimenticatoio: Matitoni Essence

Review lampo di un prodottino limited edition di Essence, uscito un anno fa, orgogliosamente comprato e poi entusiasticamente abbandonato nel mio cassetto del makeup, sommerso da tutto il resto.
L'ho riscoperto recentemente, per fare qualcosa di iperveloce la mattina, e sembrare più sveglia al lavoro.

Flash review about a limited edition product by Essence, released a year ago, proudly bought and then enthusiastically forsaken in my makeup drawer, submerged by everything else.
I re-discovered it recently, to do a hyper makeup in the morning, and look more awake at work.

Non c'è molto da dire ... sto usando tantissimo Copper Rulez come ombretto, sulla palpebra mobile e poi sfumato col pennello. Così solo, senza primer, mi dura 8 ore e anche più, senza nemmeno una pieghettina! Ricordo di averlo usato come base - prima che finisse nel dimenticatoio - e ravviva tantissimo gli ombretti dorati/metallici. Più che color rame, a me sembra un oro sbiadito, ma mi piace molto!
Riguardo al Metal Battle, non so dirvi molto sulla durata, perchè lo utilizzo ancora pochissimo. Purtroppo non mi piace l'effetto sfumato ... il colore si spande in maniera non uniforme, e in certi punti sparisce ... esattamente come l'ombretto in crema dello stesso colore - Rock Chic, sempre di Essence -, recensito dalla bravissima Marguerite - qui! - ... questo mi porta a pensare che abbiano una formulazione simile, solo che uno è più cremoso (essendo in crema appunto, e non in stick).
Indagherò meglio sul Metal Battle, perchè mi par di ricordare che fosse buono come base, ma non vorrei sbagliarmi ... Nel frattempo, se anche voi avete dimenticato Copper Rulez, vi consiglio di rispolverarlo, perchè non resterete deluse! Ora vi lascio gli swatches:

Not much to say ... I'm using a lot of Copper Rulez as eyeshadow, on the lower eyelid and then smoothed with a brush. I use it by itself, without primer, and lasts 8 hours and more on me, without even a wrinkle! I remember using it as a base - before it ended in oblivion - and revives a lot gold/metal eyeshadows. More than copper, it seems to me a cold gold, but I really like it!

About the Metal Battle, I can not tell a lot about life, because I use very little yet. Unfortunately I do not like the smooth effect ... the color is spread unevenly, and in some points disappears ... just like the cream of the same color eyeshadow - Rock Chic, always from Essence -, reviewed by the talented Marguerite - here! - ... This leads me to think that they have a similar formulation, except that one is more creamy (just as in cream, and not in stick).

Better investigate the Metal Battle, because I seem to recall he was good as base but I would not be wrong ... In the meantime, if you have forgotten Copper Rulez, I suggest you brush up, because you will not be disappointed! Now I leave the swatches:

SOS: Unghie spezzate!

Chi di voi non ha mai avuto problemi di unghie spezzate? Beh, beate voi!
Le mie unghie sono come un orologio, a Ottobre e a Marzo/Aprile iniziano a spezzarsi senza pietà. Questo problema lo risolvo facilmente tenendole un po' più corte del solito, ma quello che non capisco è il modo in cui si spezzano le unghie dei miei pollici. Sì, perchè mi si spezzano SEMPRE sul lato esterno, e a metà unghia - che è un punto molto strano, perchè non è che ci inciampo dentro, no? -.
Spezzandosi così in basso non posso certo tagliarle, quindi? Come fare?
Ma ecco che Essence accorre in nostro aiuto!

Mi cimento in questa sorta di "review" perchè non ne ho mai lette su questo prodotto, e ad essere sincera l'ho preso perchè lo trovai a 0.99 cent quest'estate, e mi son detta "Perchè no? Magari funziona!", e così è stato! Chiariamoci: questo non aiuta di certo le vostre unghie a saldarsi magicamente come nulla fosse.
Semplicemente la sua funzione è quella di tenere insieme l'unghia, evitando che l'angolino spezzato inciampi in cuciture, cerniere, angoli, etc, rischiando di strappare l'unghia.

I attempt in this sort of "review" 'cause I've never read about this product, and to be honest I got it 'cause I found it to 0.99 cents this summer, and I said to myself "Why not? Maybe it works!" and so it was! Let's be clear: this does not help your nails to magically weld.
Its function is simply to hold together the nail, avoiding tripping over the broken corner in seams, zippers, angles, etc., threatening to tear the nail.

Èvvintage: Cose scovate da mamma e papà

"Non si butta via niente!", detto popolare usato soprattutto da nonnini e nonnine.
In realtà è vero, tenendo fede a questo detto, gli armadi dei vostri genitori (o addirittura nonni) possono diventare un posto dove scovare nuove meraviglie!

"Do not throw anything away!", popular saying mostly used by grannies.
In facts it's true, keeping faith in this saying, your parents' closet (or even granparents') may become a place to discover new wonders!


L'altro giorno, mentre cercavo negli armadi un po' di stoffe e nastri, per ravvivare la mia pochette triste - qui! - ho trovato questo piccolo oggettino, tanto carino e tanto solo! È un vecchio porta obbiettivo di mio padre, che ha la passione della fotografia, che però ora era lì vuoto e a far niente, tutto solo. Quindi, armata di occhioni dolci, ho chiesto al genitore se gli serviva, ne aveva bisogno, doveva tenerla ... "No, tienilo pure", è stata la risposta che attendevo, ed ora èmmiooo! Per cosa potrei usarlo? Mmmh, porta kabuki (che non ho, ma sono dettagli!)? Credo lo userò come portagioie da viaggio :)

It's a case for a camera eye, it's my father's, who has a passion for photography, but now it was empty, and not used. Altra scoperta, questa volta direttamente dall'armadio di mamma. Dopo aver visto la mia pochette di Asos - qui! -, forse per la misura, forse per un collegamento a me ignoto, è andata a ripescare una borsa/busta grande che aveva preso appena sposata (più di trent'anni fa!). La borsa è in pelle, e ha una tracolla che si può staccare (e penso la terrò staccata, usandola come pochette).
Non è bellissima?

Another discovery, this time directly from my mother's closed. After seeing my big clutch from Asos - here! -, maybe for the size, maybe for a unknown link to me, she went to take a purse/large envelope that she had bought when she was just married (like thirty years ago!). It's a leather bag, with a shoulder belt that can be removed (and I think I'll keep it off, using it as a clutch).

DIY: Color Block Minimal Pochette

Dopo un pomeriggio passato a realizzare una cosa che rimarrà conosciuta come "cosa" - siamo in periodo natalizio, suvvia! -, ho approfittato del caos e del materiale che avevo in giro, per ridare vita ad una vecchia borsetta inutile, trovata in un Donna Moderna nel V secolo a.C.
Chiedo perdono, ma nell'entusiasmo di ripercorrere i gloriosi passi di Giovanni Mucciaccia con Art Attack, prima, e Barbara di Paint Your Life, poi, non ho scattato foto nè prima, nè durante il procedimento. Non vogliatemene ♥

After an afternoon spent to create something that will be known as "thing" - we're on Christmas time, come on! -, I took advantage of the chaos on my desk and the material I had around, to give life to an old useless bag, found in a Donna Moderna in the fifth century B.C.
I ask forgiveness, but in the enthusiasm to retrace the glorious footsteps of Mr. Mucciaccia with Art Attack, the first, and Ms. Barbara with Paint Your Life, then, I haven't taken pictures before or during the proceedings. Don't get angry ♥


Quello di cui avete bisogno è:
- Borsa/busta/pochette tinta unita (materiale a piacere, triste e senza applicazioni);
- Nastri, nastrini e passamanerie (di stoffa eh! Mica per i pacchetti regalo!);
- Colla a caldo.

What you need is:
- Bag / envelope / clutch, one color (material as desired, sad and without applications);
- Ribbons and trims (fabric ones! Not for gift packages!);
- Hot glue.


Il procedimento è semplice ... provate varie composizioni con i nastri e le passamanerie sulla vostra busta. Potete sovrapporli, farli girare intorno, applicarli tipo "pezza", non c'è limite alla vostra fantasia. L'importante è che troviate una composizione che vi piace, e che abbiate bene in mente come "fermare" i nastri, senza farli sfilacciare ovunque.
Ora armatevi di pistola (della colla a caldo!), e di un libro, qualcosa, o qualcuno - e ringrazio il mio qualcuno! - che tenga fermi e in posizione i vostri nastri, di modo che voi possiate incollarli prima da una parte e poi dall'altra. Per non far sfilacciare i nastri, ho ripiegato la fine su se stessa e l'ho incollata per bene! E questo è il risultato:

Et voilà! Non è niente di che, magari non sarà perfetta, o rifinita ad arte, ma non mi dispiace affatto! Ho voluto usare un colore che uso raramente - è troppo ggggiallo -, col nero, per creare l'effetto color block! ... Sì, continuiamo a raccontarcelo xD
Notiamo il moschettone, riciclato da un cordino per cellulare che non usavo mai, e il polsino, gentilmente cucito da mamma :D

Et voilà! That might not be perfect, or refined to art, but I don't mind at all! I wanted to use a color that I rarely use - yellow -, to create the color-block effect! ... Yes, we continue to tell us about it xD Note the cuff, kindly sewn by my mother :D


ps: se vi viene l'idea di usare dell'Attack al posto della colla a caldo ... non fatelo! L'Attack penetra nella stoffa, e resterebbero le macchie. In alternativa potete usare della colla Vinavil, credo. Non sono sicura di ciò ... vabbè xD

Eh, si sa, quando ci sono sconti e promozioni noi donne non sappiamo resistere. E ho recentemente appurato che per me è molto più pericoloso un negozio online, che non entrare in un negozio in liquidazione! Sarà che non ho il senso della misura "reale" - ovvero trasportare in giro pesanti borse e sacchetti pieni di acquisti -, sarà che online si riesce a trovare quella cosa che hai cercato per mari e per monti, in tutti gli angoli di ogni centro commerciale, senza mai avere successo.
Fatto sta che Domenica scorsa, ho fatto un ordine su ASOS!

Well, you know, when there are discounts and promotions, we - I mean women - don't know to resist.  Recently I found that for me, an online shop, is more dangerous than walk into a store in liquidation! Maybe because I have no sense of  moderation - that is carrying around heavy bags and bags full of purchases -, maybe 'cause online you can find that thing that you searched for seas and mountains, in every single corner of a shopping center, and never succeed.
The fact is that last Sunday, I made an order on ASOS!

Sono iscritta alla newsletter da qualche mese, e ogni tanto mi piace girovagare, per vedere se c'è qualcosa che mi piace, che comprerei, o solo per crogiolarmi in cose troppo costose per le mie tasche. Sì, perchè i prezzi di ASOS sono un pochino altini, partendo da un minimo che si aggira sul livelli di Zara, per intenderci.
Però quando ho ricevuto una mail con la pubblicità degli sconti sulle borse e accessori, ho iniziato a farci seriamente un pensierino!

Review: Beauty Uk Lipsticks

In molte l'avevate richiesta ... Ok, no, in realtà solo Martina, sigh, l'aveva richiesta. Ma potevo non averci già pensato, vista la mia immensa passione per i rossetti? Ma certo che no! Quindi ecco a voi la review dei rossetti di Beauty Uk che ho acquistato nell'ordine di Settembre (e che quindi ho provato per un po'!).

Many of you had requested it ... Ok, no, actually just Martina, sigh. But could I - in order to my big passion for lipsticks - not have thought about it? Of course not! So here is the review of Beauty UK lipsticks I purchased in my order of September (and then I tried them for a while!).

Partiamo subito col dire che non riesco a fare una classifica di gradimento tra i miei rossetti. Non vi dirò "questo è migliore di ..." o "questo è peggiore di ...". Trovo che ogni rossetto abbia qualità diverse - io stessa li ho acquistati per le qualità diverse -, quindi cercherò di essere il più schematica e imparziale possibile - professional mode: on -
(Tutto ciò nasce anche dal fatto che non ho ancora trovato il "rossetto per la vita" ... Ahah, la strada è ancora luuunga e tortuosa!)

Let's start by saying that I can't make a ranking of appreciation on my lipsticks. I will not tell you "this is better than ..." or "this is worse than ...". I think that each one of them has different qualities - and that's why I bought them -, so I'll try to be as partial as possible - professional mode: on -. (All this comes from the fact that I still have to find my "lipstick for life" ... ahah, the road is so loooong and winding!)

Sono momenti duri, quando decidi di smetterla con lo shopping. Nel mio caso con lo shopping cosmetico. Oddio, non per sempre, eh! Ma per novembre e dicembre, ho deciso di fare fioretto.
Il mio cassetto (e il relativo organizer made in Ikea, che è una cosa geniale) è veramente pieno di roba, e se compro altro, non credo si chiuderà mai più.

These are hard times, when you decide to give up with shopping. In my case with cosmetics shopping. Oh, not forever! But for november and december, I decided to make a vow.
My drawer (and its organizer mad in Ikea, which is a brilliant thing) is really full of stuff, and if I buy something else, I do not think it will ever close.

Non sono ancora a livello di iniziare un Project 10 Pan (ovvero finire 10 prodotti prima di ricominciare ad acquistare), perchè non ho decine di fondotinta/mascara e compagnia varia. Oddio, non che non ci sia vicina, eh, però ho tutte cose diverse, com'è giusto che sia, e ho poche cose vicine alla morte. Dovrei aspettare un anno prima di finire 10 prodotti, e non credo ce la farei.

I'm not yet on the level to start a Project 10 Pan (where you have to end up 10 products before you can buy anything else), 'cause I don't have dozens of fondations/mascaras etc. Oh, non that I'm not close, but I have all different things, different colors, as it should be, and I have few things close to death. I should wait a year before finishing 10 products, and I don't think I can do it.



Ma per autoconvincermi a rispettare il fioretto - e il relativo contratto stipulato con la mia cara garante Betta - ho deciso di stilare un elenco dei miei prodotti di make up. Giusto per crogiolarmici un po'.
Ma vi risparmio l'incredibile elenco. Comunque tra tutti i miei prodotti, ci sono quelli in fase di morte, ovvero che stanno per finire, e prodotti ancora intonsi, tipo il Mascara Top Coat Waterproof di Kiko è ancora sigillato, acquistato in promozione a 3,90, e mai aperto, perchè me lo conservo per l'estate prossima (perchè SO che rimetteranno la promozione mascara ad aprile, ma quanto scommettiamo che non includeranno i top coat?).

But to convince myself to respect my vow - and its contract I have with my dear sponsor Betta - I decided to compile a list of my products. Just to basking myself with them.
I spare you the impressive list. By the way, I have close-to-death products, and nwe-and-never-opened ones, like the Top Coat Waterproof Mascara from Kiko, which I bought on sale at 3,90€ and that I keep for next summer ('cause I KNOW that when Kiko will make another mascara promotion in April, but how much we bet that they will not include the Top Coats?)


Non che non abbia voglia di comprare, eh. Anzi, ho una wishlist! A parte che adoro i blush, e ne comprerei uno al giorno. Idem per i rossetti ... Ora sto starei cercando un rossetto viola dalla tonalità calda che mi possa stare bene, ma vengo delusa dai colori falsati su internet, buuuh. E anche un magenta puro. Per l'estate più che altro, quello con un mascara e basta starebbe benissimoooo. Ma per ora non lo compro.

Not that I don't want to buy something. Indeed, I have a wishlist! I love blush, and I can buy a thousands of them. Same for lipsticks ... Now I'm I'd be looking for a purple lipstick with warm undertone that could look good on me, but I'm failed by false color on the internet, buuh! And a pure magenta lipstick. I think it will look wonderful in summer, just with a bit of mascara. But for now, I don't buy it.

Eccomi con la seconda parte del post! Perdonatemi, ma ho preferito dividere in due per evitare una lunghezza eccessiva, dal momento che sono parecchio logorroica :P

Cosa ne penso/What I think: Eccolo, il mio gloss preferito! Cosa mi piace? I colori, la consistenza, la coprenza, l'applicatore, la durata. Giuro, mi dura quasi 4 ore, come un rossetto! Unica pecca, il contenuto è veramente poco, ma per il prezzo che ha, posso ordinarne a migliaia. Consigliatissimo.

Here it is, my favourite lipgloss! What do I liek? Everything, colors, texture, covering, applicator, lasting. I swear, I last like 4 hours, like a lipstick! Only flaw: the content is very little, but for its price, I can order a thousands! Very recommended.

Lipgloss - Part 1 - Essence

Un saluto a tutte! Oggi vorrei fare un veloce - oddio, veloce, cercherò di contenermi, dai! - post sui lipgloss che possiedo. Dovete sapere che nella mia passione di prodotti per le labbra, preferisco nettamente i rossetti, e ciò si vede anche dai numeri: 13 rossetti contro 6 gloss.
Possiedo 3 gloss di Elf e 3 di Essence, e inizierei a parlarvi proprio di quest'ultimi.

Hello everybody! Today I want to talk quickly - oh, "quickly", let's say that I'll try to contain myself! - about my lipgloss. You have to know that in my big passion for lips makeup, I prefer lipsticks to lipgloss. It shows event to numbers: 13 lipsticks vs. 6 gloss.
I own 3 lipgloss from Elf, and 3 from Essence. I'll start to talk about last ones.

Eccomi a crogiolarmi nelle miei ultimi acquisti! Non so se lo sapete, ma sono sotto contratto fioretto fino a fine anno. Non devo comprare make up per uso personale fino a Gennaio 2012.

In più, stamattina è arrivato il pacchetto del piccolo ordine che ho fatto su Westrags giovedì sera! Volevo togliermi uno sfizio, così ho preso questa canotta blu, con lo scollo decorato di borchiette, semplice ma d'effetto! E la pochettina è veramente figosa! Mi mancava di quel colore, e le borchie fanno molto rock!
Ordinare è veramente semplicissimo, la spedizione è veloce e costa solo 3,90€ con corriere Bartolini, con cui personalmente mi sono sempre trovata ottimamente! Se vi può interessare, potrei buttare giù una piccola "guida all'acquisto" prossimamente, per mostrarvi tutti i passaggi.

I wanted to take off a whim, so I bought this blue tank top, with little studs around the neckline, simple but effective! And the clutch is really cool! I didn't have one with that color, and the studs are very rock!

Rossetto Rosso preferito? Ne ho due. Uno da giorno, il Barely Bitten di Elf, che è un rosso portabilissimo, e uno da sera, il 392 Rosso Mela di Kiko - Creamy, della vecchia linea -, un bel rosso con sottotono blu.

Favorite Red lipstick? I have two. One for the day, Barely Bitten from Elf Mineral, which is a quite red, and one for the night, N. 392 Apple Red from Kiko - a Creamy one, from the old line of products -, a beautiful red with blue undertone.

Rossetto Viola preferito? Anche questo colore mi manca. Lo sto cercando, vorrei un viola caldo bello corposo che crei un bel contrasto con la mia carnagione - da fantasma -.

Favorite Purple lipstick? I miss this color, too. I'm looking for it, I wish a dense, warm purple which create a nice contrast with my skin - I'm a ghost -.

Rossetto Fucsia preferito? Il "Gossip Girl" di Beauty Uk, è un bellissimo fucsia pieno con riflessi blu.

Qual'è la tua texture/finish preferito? Mi piacciono sia i Matt che i Creamy, purchè abbiano un bel colore pieno. Per confort sulle labbra, direi quindi Creamy.

Favorite texture/finish? I like both Matt and Creamy, long as they have a full covered color. But, if I have to choose for confort on the lips, I'd say Creamy.

Altri rossetti preferiti? Mi piacciono tanto i rossetti sheer, almeno in estate.

Oggi sono qui per parlarvi dell'ordine che ho fatto due mesetti fa da Beauty Uk.
Si tratta di una brand inglese low cost, che in Inghilterra potete trovare in molti negozi, quali Superdrug e compagnia varia. Il loro sito è anche uno shop online, e spediscono dal Regno Unito, quindi non ci sono assolutamente problemi di dogana.

Today I'm here to tell you something about the order I made two months ago from Beauty Uk.
It's a low cost english brand, which you can find in England, in many stores like Superdrug, etc. Their site is an online shop, and 'cause they ship from United Kingdom, there are absolutely no problem with italian customs.

Il pacchettino mi è arrivato dopo una settimana che ho ordinato, in una graziosa busta imbottita, rosa shocking! C'è da dire che non ho ricevuto una mail di spedizione del pacco, quindi non so quando l'hanno spedito esattamente ... ma ho fatto l'ordine mercoledì in piena notte, e la settimana dopo avevo il pacchettino tra le mani!

My package arrived after a week I ordered, in a pretty shocking pink bubble envelope! I have to say that I didn't received a e-mail with the confirm of the shipping of my order, so I don't know when they exactly shipped it ... but I ordered on wednesday night, and right the next week I had the package in my hands!

Here, I open this blog, basically to stop talking by myself - this is SO FOREVER ALONE - and to have someone to talk to, to discuss to, to compare my little "happy things", which are make up related or shopping related.

E beh, a questo punto posso anche presentarmi, no?
Sono Cristina, una ragazza di 22 anni con i piedi per terra e la testa tra le nuvole. Esco dal mondo universitario, dove tutto è bello, festa, divertimento, non fare nulla, e fare tutto a fasi alterne.
Dicevo, esco dal mondo universitario e sono una new entry in quello lavorativo. Ho avuto la fortuna di trovare un posto che mi piace, che è strettamente collegato con quello che ho studiato, e dove non sono sfruttata come un muletto.

And well, I can also introduce myself at this point, right?

I'm Cristina, a girl of 22 years with her feet on the ground and her head in the clouds. I just left the academic world, where everything is beautiful, party, fun, doing nothing, and do everything on and off.

Yeah, I was saying, I just left the academic world and I'm a newcomer in the business world. I was lucky enough to find a work that I like, which is closely connected with my studies, and where they aren't use me as a mule.

Come tutte le donne adoro spendere, anche se sono da sempre un'anima squattrinata, quindi quando ho un buon rapporto quantità/prezzo, sono felice. Preferisco comprare N. cose carine e pucce per X prezzo, piuttosto che una cosa meravigliosa per lo stesso X.
Da un'annetto circa, ho iniziato ad interessarmi al mondo del make up, dopo aver scoperto che non è necessario spendere un botto di soldini per avere un trucco completo. Mi tengo informata sulle collezioni, e mi piace spulciare siti e shop online, guardare e riguardare cose su cui faccio un pensierino e su cose che non potrò mai permettermi (e qui non mi riferisco al solo make up).

Like all women love to spend money, even if I always be penniless soul, so when I have a good relationship quantity/price, I'm happy. I prefer to buy N. cute thing for X price, rather than a wonderful thing for the same X.

From a year or so, I became interested in the make up world, after discovering that it's not necessary to spend lot of money to get a full makeup. I keep myself informed about trends and collections, and I like to looking around through websites and online shops, watch and re-watch things of which I'm make a little thought about and things that I could never afford (and here I refer not only to make up).
